This marvellous house is situated in the beautiful Montgo area in Denia. It lays at the lower part of the mountain, with exquisite views of the Montgo all around, whilst still very close to the centre of Denia (approximately a 15 minute walk). The location is ideal as you get to enjoy both the tranquil, serene nature and breath-taking views of the Montgo, as the vibrant and lively city centre of Denia just around the corner. There is a spacious garden area, with artificial grass surrounding the house, with various sitting areas both in the sun, and in the shade, for when it gets too hot. There is a small shed next to the pool, with a fridge at your disposal do you can enjoy a nice cold beverage whilst sunbathing or taking a swim. The pool measures 8 by 4 metres, with a depth of 140 to 160 centimetres. In addition to that, you will be able to enjoy the luxury of a Jacuzzi, which is situated right next to the pool. In total there are two sunbeds and 14 chairs spread out in the various sitting areas in the garden. It is possible to park two cars inside the plot and more cars on the street just outside the house.
Once you enter the house, you will find the kitchen straight on your right hand side. It is a closed kitchen, with a small table for you to enjoy your coffee or breakfast. The kitchen features a gas hob, an oven, microwave and toaster. A coffee machine and electric kettle are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, as well as a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the bottom floor you will find the first bedroom, which has a double bed and a closet for storage. There is a bathroom right next door with a shower and toilet. There is also a small storage room underneath the staircase where you will find the vacuum cleaner and any other supplies needed for cleaning. The cosy living room has two sofas and a comfy chair which allow eight people to sit. There is also a dinner table suited for 6-8 people to dine. Spanish TV and satellite TV are available. Attached to the living room is an extra sitting area with sliding glass doors that give you direct access to the garden and pool. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds, both with a closet for storage. There is one bathroom in the hallway, with both a bath and a shower. As a bonus, there is an outside terrace on the second floor, where you can enjoy your morning coffee whilst taking in those breath-taking views.
The house features a central heating system. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, with both heating and cooling functions. Internet will be available during your stay. There are two large supermarkets just 800m from the house (Lidl and Consum). The nearest restaurants are also just under one kilometre away. For more information contact us.
