This complex is situated about 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Denia and you just need to cross the coastal road to get to the Blue Flag sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools with attached children’s pools, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers and all apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. The complex has its own tennis court (free of charge). Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. The ground floor gardens are fenced in for extra safety for children. In the same street you will find several restaurants. In total we have 4 apartments here (2x 2 bedroom ground floor, 1x 2 bedroom penthouse and 1x 3 bedroom ground floor), very popular for family holidays or longer term winter rentals.
