Winter Rental

Some properties have special prices for long term rentals during the winter season:

• Reservation is for a maximum of 2 persons
• Rental period must be between November 1 and March 31
• Rental period must be at least 6 weeks
• All properties that offer winter rental have heating
• For stays with more than 2 people, a surcharge of € 25 per person per week applies
• Dogs are allowed during the winter season for an additional fee of €100

Jardines de Denia 4 — € 335/week, additional costs are end-cleaning/laundry

Los Carmenes penthouse — € 375/week, additional costs are end-cleaning/laundry
