Winter Rental

Some properties have special prices for long term rentals during the winter season:

Reservation is for a maximum of 2 persons

Rental period has to be between November 1 and March 31

Rental period has to be at least 6 weeks

Energy and water costs are calculated separately

All properties that offer winter rental have heating

For stays with more than 2 people, a surcharge of € 25 p.p. per week applies

Properties that offer this special winter price are:

Jardines de Denia 3 — € 275/week, additional costs are energy/water € 6/day

Jardines de Denia 4 — € 275/week, additional costs are energy/water € 6/day

Los Carmenes penthouse — € 295/week, additional costs are energy/water € 7/day
