Winter Rental

Some properties have special prices for long term rentals during the winter season:

Reservation is for a maximum of 2 persons
Rental period must be between November 1 and March 31
Rental period must be at least 6 weeks
All properties that offer winter rental have heating
For stays with more than 2 people, a surcharge of € 25 per person per week applies
Dogs are allowed during the winter season for an additional fee of €100

Jardines de Denia 3 — € 325/week, additional costs are end-cleaning/laundry

Jardines de Denia 4 — € 325/week, additional costs are end-cleaning/laundry

Los Carmenes penthouse — € 350/week, additional costs are end-cleaning/laundry
