Some properties have special prices for long term rentals during the winter season:
- Reservation is for a maximum of 2 persons
- Rental period has to be between November 1 and March 31
- Rental period has to be at least 6 weeks
- Energy and water costs are calculated separately
- All properties that offer winter rental have heating
- For stays with more than 2 people, a surcharge of € 25 p.p. per week applies
